1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Believer Trips. By accessing our website, interacting with our agents, or booking any of our travel packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not proceed with your booking.

2. Bookings & Reservations

All bookings made through Believer Trips are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A booking is only considered confirmed once the required advance payment has been received and acknowledged by our team.
• The quoted prices are based on prevailing rates and availability. Prices may fluctuate until the final booking is secured.
• Any special requests (e.g., specific rooms, dietary requirements) must be made at the time of booking. While we will try our best to accommodate these, they cannot be guaranteed.

3. Payment Policies

To confirm a travel package, a partial advance payment is required as per the specific package guidelines provided by your travel agent.

• Advance Payment: A minimum percentage of the total package cost must be paid upfront to block flights, hotels, and services.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared before the trip's departure date, within the timeframe specified in your booking invoice.
• Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the automatic cancellation of your booking without a refund of the advance payment.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. However, cancellations lead to charges levied by airlines, hotels, and transport operators.

• All cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing via email.
• The cancellation fee will depend on the time remaining before the departure date and the specific policies of the service providers involved in your itinerary.

5. Travel Documents & Visas

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they carry valid documents during their journey.

• Domestic Travel: A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License) is required for all passengers.
• International Travel: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of return. Securing the necessary visas and meeting health/vaccination requirements is the traveler's responsibility, though we will assist with Visa processing where applicable.
• Believer Trips will not be held liable if a traveler is denied entry or boarding due to invalid or missing documentation.

6. Itinerary Changes & Modifications

We reserve the right to alter the itinerary or substitute hotels with properties of a similar standard if circumstances require it.

• Changes may occur due to weather conditions, road closures, political unrest, or operational issues with our local partners.
• Any additional costs incurred due to such unavoidable modifications will be borne by the traveler.

7. Liability & Force Majeure

Believer Trips acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with your tour.

• We shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by acts of God, strikes, weather conditions, airline delays, or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger.
• We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance prior to their trip.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajpura, Punjab.
