Booking Cancellation & Credit Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your travel plans. Please review our cancellation policy regarding your booking:

• No Refund Policy: Please note that any advance amount or booking deposit paid is non-refundable upon cancellation.
• Credit Shell Facility: In the event that you need to cancel your trip, your advance amount will not be lost. We will convert your payment into a Travel Credit.
• Adjustment on Future Tours: This credit can be fully adjusted against your next tour booking with us. You can plan your future trip at any time (subject to availability and seasonal pricing).
• Transferability: Please inform us in advance if you wish to use this credit for a different destination or a new itinerary.
